Japanese Distillery Bar Yoru to Kiri (Sapporo, Hokkaido)

Opened in Sapporo in October 2023, Yoru to Kiri is a specialized bar dedicated exclusively to Japanese distilled spirits (Samurai Spirits). With a fusion of Japanese aesthetics and stylish ambiance, the bar provides a relaxed atmosphere for enjoying spirits sourced from various regions of Japan, including whiskey, brandy, gin, vodka, rum and tequila.

“While the taste of matcha itself is already popular, it also pairs seamlessly with gin, lime and mint. In addition to being easily incorporated into cocktails, it enhances various dishes. Consequently, our menu features matcha-infused items such as matcha ochazuke (green tea over rice), matcha-infused chocolates and affogatos,” said the owner.
