You can now apply your points to any product on our website.
Previously, points were only redeemable for replacement parts. Under the new program, points are redeemable for discounts. The discounts can be used on any website product and can be applied at checkout.
You can now use your points on existing subscriptions.

You can now confirm and redeem your points via the Cuzenist Rewards page and your account page.
Previously, you could confirm your points via a pop-up window on our website. Going forward, please confirm and redeem your points via the rewards page (this page) or your account page.
A one-time discount code is generated when you redeem your points. Only one discount code can be used per order. A discount code cannot be combined with other promotions.
To improve your experience with these updates, we’ve migrated to a new rewards platform, and we’ve brought your points over with us. Your point balance has been transferred from the old platform to the new one. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to transfer a log of your points history.
