A simple-to-make matcha cheesecake with a burnt caramel crust.

Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 ¼ c powdered sugar
- 4 Matcha Maker powder shots with Signature Blend
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ c heavy cream
Instructions
- Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 410℉.
- Line a 6-inch round pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth.
- Shift in powdered sugar and matcha powder, and mix until well combined.
- Add eggs, vanilla and heavy cream. Mix until well combined.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- Refrigerate overnight.
