A resplendent Filipino-inspired ice cream treat of creamy nuttiness and splashy colors.

Ingredients
- 1 matcha shot with Latte Blend at Matcha Maker strength level 3
- 2 tbsp ube jam
- a few pieces of ice
- 5 fl oz milk of choice
- 1 scoop ube ice cream
Instructions
- Spoon the jam into the bottom of a smaller glass cup.
- Drop the pieces of ice on top of the jam.
- Pour the milk over the ice and jam, followed by the matcha shot.
- Top with a scoop of ube ice cream.
Tips
- Any glass will do, but a small glass allows the layers to show through.
