Matcha cream cheese-filled dates

Instructions

    1. Mix the matcha and cream cheese until fully incorporated.
    2. Make a lengthwise slit in each date and remove the pits, being careful not to smash the date.
    3. Using a spoon, gently put the cream cheese mixture into each date.
    4. Sprinkle pistachio pieces on top of the cream cheese, pressing as needed so they stay in place.
