  1. Set aside a pinch of matcha for garnish.
  2. Combine whipping cream, milk and the remaining ground matcha.
  3. (Optional) Add sweetener to taste.
  4. Froth the mixture until it’s the desired consistency.
  5. Pour the coconut water over a glass of ice.
  6. Top with matcha cream and dust with matcha powder.
