1. Domestic shipping policy

Matcha Maker Starter Kit:

• Free shipping is available within the contiguous U.S. Expedited shipping options are available at the customer's expense.
• For Alaska and Hawaii, only 2-Day Shipping is available. The shipping fee is $39.99.
• Orders received before 11:30 AM PT are generally processed on the same business day. Orders received after 11:30 AM PT are typically processed on the next business day. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual processing times may vary due to operational capacity.
• Please note that we do not ship orders during weekends or national holidays.
• A $30.00 fee will be applied for address correction requests made after an order has been fulfilled.

Organic Matcha Leaf products, accessories and machine replacement parts:

• Free shipping is available within the contiguous U.S. on orders over $50.00. Orders of $49.99 or less are subject to a $4.99 shipping fee. Expedited shipping options are available at the customer's expense.
• For Alaska and Hawaii, free shipping is available on orders over $100. Orders of $99.99 or less are subject to a $9.99 Ground Shipping fee. You may also select 2-Day Shipping at checkout for $29.99. 
• Orders received before 11:30 AM PT are generally processed on the same day. Orders received after 11:30 AM PT are typically processed on the next business day. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual processing times may vary due to operational capacity.
• Please note that we do not ship orders during weekends or national holidays.

Matcha Maker Gift Kit:

• Enjoy free shipping within the U.S. 
• Unless otherwise specified, Matcha Maker Gift Kits are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.

 Refurbished Matcha Maker Starter Kit:

• A Ground Shipping fee of $14.99–$19.99 applies to Refurbished Matcha Maker Starter Kits.
• Expedited shipping is not available for refurbished products.
• Refurbished Matcha Maker Starter Kits are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.
  

2. International shipping policy

• We currently offer international shipping to the following destinations. Please note that the shipping origin and the legal seller depend on your delivery address.

Important Restrictions & Details

• Ineligible Products: The Matcha Maker Gift Kit and Refurbished Matcha Maker Starter Kit are currently unavailable for international shipping.
• Duties and Taxes: For all international orders, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means you will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

World Matcha Inc. and World Matcha Co. Ltd. are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Important Announcement: Temporarily Pausing Sales and Shipping to the UAE

Due to recent events in the Middle East, major shipping carriers from both Japan and the U.S. are experiencing service disruptions to the region, including the UAE. Cuzen Matcha is temporarily pausing sales to the UAE, as we cannot ensure reliable delivery under the current conditions.
