Ingredients
- 4 fl oz milk of choice
- 4 leaves fresh sage
- ½ tsp fresh lavender
- sprig of fresh rosemary
- honey to taste
- 1 matcha shot with Signature or Latte Blend at Matcha Maker strength level 2 or 3
Instructions
- Simmer milk in a small pot with herbs for around 5 minutes.
- Stir in sweetener until it is well dissolved.
- Run the herbal milk through a sieve into a cup.
- Pour the fresh matcha shot into the tea.
