Matcha strawberry sparkler

 For this recipe, you’ll need a Cuzen Matcha Maker.

A sweet matcha refresher made with juicy strawberries.

Fresh strawberry syrup:

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh strawberries
  • 1 ½ tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry, hull and dice the strawberries.
  2. Mix with the sugar and let it set until the sugar is fully dissolved.

 

Matcha strawberry sparkler:

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of strawberry syrup
  • ice
  • 1 matcha shot with Premium Blend at Matcha Maker strength level 2
  • 2 fl oz water, room temperature
  • 5 fl oz sparkling water
  • 1 fresh strawberry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour the strawberry syrup into a glass cup.
  2. Drop the ice into the cup.
  3. Pour the sparkling water over the syrup and ice.
  4. Pour the matcha shot over the water and stir.
  5. Cut a slit in the top of a strawberry and push onto the lip of the glass, for garnish.
