Birthday cake matcha latte

 For this recipe, you’ll need a Cuzen Matcha Maker.

Celebrate with bold matcha, colorful sprinkles and almond-sweet cold foam.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ fl oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1 fl oz milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  • a few pieces of ice
  • 4 fl oz milk of choice
  • 1 matcha shot with Signature Blend at Matcha Maker strength level 3
  • rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Froth together heavy whipping cream, 1 fluid ounce of milk, condensed milk and extracts in a small cup until a light cold foam forms.
  2. Fill a separate glass with ice and pour 4 fluid ounces of milk over the top.
  3. Add the matcha shot.
  4. Spoon the cold foam over the top of the matcha latte.
  5. Top with rainbow sprinkles.
