Ingredients
- 1 c frozen or fresh ripe mango, cubed
- 1 c plain yogurt
- 4 fl oz milk of choice
- 4 tsp sugar, more or less to taste
- 1 c ice (optional)
- 2 matcha shots with Latte Blend at Matcha Maker strength level 3
- ½ tsp ground cardamom (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, except cardamom, into a blender.
- Include ice, if a slushy texture is desired. Adjust sugar to account for the extra liquid, being careful not to over sweeten.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled glass and garnish with ground cardamom.
Tips
- If you want to use a fresh mango, use a manilla or champagne mango. Cube and freeze it first for a slushy effect.
