
Strawberry cold foam coco matcha

Ingredients
- ½ c freeze-dried strawberries
- 4 fl oz chilled whipping cream
- 2 fl oz milk of choice
- a few pieces of ice
- 1 matcha shot with Signature Blend at Matcha Maker strength level 3
- 6 fl oz coconut water
Directions
- Set aside a teaspoon of dried strawberries for garnish.
- Crush the remaining strawberries with a mortar and pestle.
- Put the crushed strawberries, cream and milk in a cup and froth until they are well incorporated into a foamy cream.
- Drop a few pieces of ice in a glass and pour coconut water over the ice.
- Add the shot of matcha.
- Pour the strawberry cold foam over the top.
- Garnish with dried strawberries.
