Ingredients 

Directions

  1. Set aside a teaspoon of dried strawberries for garnish.
  2. Crush the remaining strawberries with a mortar and pestle.
  3. Put the crushed strawberries, cream and milk in a cup and froth until they are well incorporated into a foamy cream.
  4. Drop a few pieces of ice in a glass and pour coconut water over the ice.
  5. Add the shot of matcha.
  6. Pour the strawberry cold foam over the top.
  7. Garnish with dried strawberries.
