By replacing one Ceramic Mill Unit with another and storing the original Mill Unit in the Mill Unit Case, you can have the ease of comparing each tea in its purest form, without the hassle of cleaning out the Mill Unit every time.

The Mill Unit Case is made of sturdy, food-safe tin with a double-layered lid to keep moisture and sunlight out. This allows the Cuzenist to keep their unit and the matcha leaves in the unit, safe and fresh until switching them back into the Matcha Maker.
