Imbue a duet of peppery zing and umami smoothness into your favorite warmed milk.

Ingredients
- 8 fl oz milk of choice
- 1 ½ in sliced ginger with skin on
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 matcha shot with Latte Blend or Signature Blend at Matcha Maker strength level 2 or 3
Instructions
- Simmer the milk, ginger and honey for about 5 minutes.
- Stir well before straining the ginger.
- Pour the warm milk into a cup.
- Add the fresh matcha shot.
- Stir and enjoy.
