Subscription policy

  • Once you've subscribed, you'll begin receiving regular deliveries, based on your selected shipment frequency.
  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery.
  • All subscription details can be managed on your subscriptions page, but please make changes at least two days before the affected shipment date.
  • You can also update your shipping address for subscriptions, but you must do so on the subscriptions page, even if you’ve updated on the “View addresses” link of the account page. You can do this by going to the “Addresses & payment details” tab of the subscriptions page. Please make changes at least two days prior to the affected shipment date. 

Cancellation policy

  • There is no minimum commitment for your subscription. You may cancel at any time.
  • However, you must cancel your subscription at least two days before the affected shipment date. After this time, your order will begin processing and will be considered final.
