Shipping policy

Domestic shipping

  • A flat shipping fee of 360 yen (tax included) applies to each delivery address nationwide.
  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling 3,300 yen or more per delivery address qualify for free shipping.

Processing Times

  • Matcha Machines & Matcha Leaf: Orders placed before 12:00 noon on weekdays and Saturdays will be shipped same day. Orders placed after noon or on Sundays/holidays will ship the next business day.
  • All Other Products: Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of confirmation.
  • Subscription Orders: After your initial delivery, subsequent orders will ship automatically according to your selected frequency (monthly or bi-monthly).

Please note that our shipping operations are closed on Sundays, national holidays, and during major holiday periods (New Year, Golden Week, etc.).

We currently offer international shipping to the following destinations. Please note that the shipping origin and the legal seller depend on your delivery address.

Important Restrictions & Details

  • Ineligible Products: The Matcha Maker Gift Kit is currently unavailable for international shipping.
  • Duties and Taxes: For all international orders, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means you will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

World Matcha Inc. and World Matcha Co. Ltd. are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

Important Announcement: Temporarily Pausing Sales and Shipping to the UAE

Due to recent events in the Middle East, major shipping carriers from both Japan and the U.S. are experiencing service disruptions to the region, including the UAE. Cuzen Matcha is temporarily pausing sales to the UAE, as we cannot ensure reliable delivery under the current conditions.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as we are able to resume shipping to the UAE.
