Servings: 1
Active time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 c frozen or fresh ripe mango, cubed
  • 1 c plain yogurt
  • 4 fl oz milk of choice
  • 4 tsp sugar, more or less to taste
  • 1 c ice (optional)
  • 2 matcha shots with Latte Blend at Matcha Maker strength level 3
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom (optional)

Instructions

      1. Add all the ingredients, except cardamom, into a blender.
      2. Include ice, if a slushy texture is desired. Adjust sugar to account for the extra liquid, being careful not to over sweeten.
      3. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
      4. Pour the mixture into a chilled glass and garnish with ground cardamom.

      Tips

      1. If you want to use a fresh mango, use a manilla or champagne mango. Cube and freeze it first for a slushy effect.
