Matcha breakfast smoothie

Signature Blend: 1 shot
- 2 c spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp almond butter, or nut butter of choice
- 1 tsp agave or honey
- ¾ c Bellwether probiotic yogurt, plain or vanilla
- 2 tbsp almond milk, or milk of choice
- 8-10 ice cubes
- Peel and cut the banana.
- Place the spinach, banana, almond butter, agave, yogurt and milk in a blender. Pour in the matcha shot and pulse once.
- Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth. Adjust the sweetness to taste.
- Pour the smoothie into a chilled cup and enjoy.
Ingredients can be prepared and frozen in advance.
