After each use
Please rinse the whisking cup with water after each use.
After rinsing, return the cup to the tray so the next person can use the machine smoothly.
Daily care
Please check and clean the following areas regularly:
- Rinse and dry the whisking cup.
- Wipe around the nozzle and cup platform.
- Remove any spilled matcha leaves or powder around the machine.
Mill cleaning
We recommend cleaning the mill after grinding approximately 100g of matcha leaves.
Regular mill cleaning helps prevent clogging and keeps the matcha grinding smoothly.

If the Matcha Maker Pro is not working as expected, check the guide below based on the button lights or symptoms.

How do I reset the error light?
If a button light is flashing, try resetting the error light.
1. Press the button with the flashing light.
2. Press and hold the button with the white light on.
After resetting the light, try operating the machine again.

The POWDER button is flashing.

The MATCHA button is flashing and the POWDER button is on.

View solution (PDF)This may happen when the whisk or whisking cup is not set correctly, or when there is too much matcha powder in the cup.

No matcha powder comes out, or the matcha tastes weak.
Please check the following:
- Make sure there are enough matcha leaves in the tea storage.
- Check that the matcha strength level is not set too low.
- Check whether the mill is clogged.
- Clean the mill if needed.
- If available, replace it with a spare mill module.
