Instructions

      1. Spoon the jam into the bottom of a smaller glass cup.
      2. Drop the pieces of ice on top of the jam.
      3. Pour the milk over the ice and jam, followed by the matcha shot.
      4. Top with a scoop of ube ice cream.

      Tips

      • Any glass will do, but a small glass allows the layers to show through.
