Great Machine, Great Customer Service

I had the unit stored for an extended length of time due to a move and had some issues upon using it again. They were very responsive and thorough in their assistance to resolve the issue (which came down to a lack of maintenance on my part and was no fault of theirs). Cuzen’s customer service is just as good as the machine itself. Cannot recommend this company enough!
