  • 1 tbsp honey lavender syrup
  • ½ c milk of choice

Honey lavender syrup:

  • ½ c boiling water
  • ½ c honey
  • 2 tbsp dried lavender buds

Make honey lavender syrup:

  1. Steep lavender buds in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Mix in honey until it is thoroughly combined.
  3. Strain the lavender buds.

Make the latte:

  1. Foam warm milk with 1 tablespoon of honey lavender syrup.
  2. Pour in matcha shot.
