Coconut matcha latte overnight oats

 For this recipe, you’ll need a Cuzen Matcha Maker.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut, plus 2-3 tsp for garnish
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 matcha shots with Signature Blend at Matcha Maker strength level 2
  • 1 c milk of choice
  • ½ c coconut yogurt, plus 4 tbsp for serving
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, warmed
  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 2 Matcha Maker powder shots with Signature Blend

 

Instructions

      1. In a large bowl or a lidded, 32-oz jar, combine the oats, shredded coconut and chia seeds.
      2. Separately whisk together the matcha, milk, yogurt, vanilla and honey.
      3. Pour the matcha milk over the oat mixture. Tighten the lid and shake well or mix everything in a bowl.
      4. Transfer to an airtight container. Chill for 4 hours or up to 5 days.
      5. To serve, divide the mixture among 4 cups and top with sliced mango, a spoonful of yogurt, shredded coconut and freshly-ground matcha powder.
