Make a perfect matcha latte.

A favorite afternoon pick me up. Use any milk or milk alternative you like.

Active time: 5 minutes

  • 1 shot (level 2 or 3) Signature or Latte Blend
  • 6 fl oz (¾ c) steamed milk of choice
  • sweetener of choice
  1. Pour the fresh matcha shot into a Perfect Matcha Latte Cup.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Sweeten to taste.

Since matcha is far smoother than brewed beverages, less milk is needed to temper the bitterness. One tumbler holds eight ounces, the perfect capacity for our suggested ratio of six ounces milk to a two-ounce matcha shot.
