Matcha mulled cider
Active time: 5-10 minutes
Latte or Signature Blend: 1 shot
- 1 c apple cider
- 1 star anise
- ½ stick cinnamon
- 1 clove
- Warm apple cider with the spices, allowing the temperature to reach 140-150°F.
- Infuse for 30 minutes and strain the spices.
- Add the matcha shot and stir.
If you are multiplying the cider, you don’t need to scale the spices up equally, unless you are making a very large volume.
