      1. Warm apple cider with the spices, allowing the temperature to reach 140-150°F.
      2. Infuse for 30 minutes and strain the spices.
      3. Add the matcha shot and stir.

       

      Tips

      1. If you are multiplying the cider, you don’t need to scale the spices up equally, unless you are making a very large volume.
