- 3-4 leaves basil, or to taste
- 6 fl oz tonic water
- squeeze of fresh lemon
- Mull the basil leaves in the bottom of a glass.
- Add ice.
- Pour the matcha shot over ice.
- Fill the rest of the cup with tonic water.
- Squeeze a fresh lemon over the drink and mix.
