  • 8 mint leaves
  • 3 lime wedges
  • 2 tsp simple syrup
  • crushed ice
  • ¾ c sparkling water

  1. Muddle the mint leaves, lime wedges and simple syrup together in a sturdy glass.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add the fresh shot of matcha.
  4. Pour in the sparkling water.
  5. Stir and enjoy.
