  • 3-4 leaves basil, or to taste
  • ice 
  • 6 fl oz tonic water
  • squeeze of fresh lemon

  1. Mull the basil leaves in the bottom of a glass.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Pour the matcha shot over ice.
  4. Fill the rest of the cup with tonic water.
  5. Squeeze a fresh lemon over the drink and mix.
