  • 1 c milk of choice
  • 1 ½ in sliced ginger with skin on
  • 1 tbsp honey 

  1. Simmer the milk, ginger and honey for about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir well before straining the ginger.
  3. Pour the warm milk into a cup.
  4. Add the fresh matcha shot. 
  5. Stir and enjoy.
