1 cup milk of choice (oat, almond, coconut, or dairy)


1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, warmed


1 ½ cup rolled oats
3 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut, plus more for serving

2 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup coconut yogurt, plus more for serving
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Sliced mango

Freshly ground matcha powder


  1. Combine the oats, shredded coconut, and chia seeds in a lidded jar (32oz) or bowl.
  2. Separately whisk together the matcha, milk, yogurt, vanilla, and honey. 
  3. Pour the matcha milk over the oat mixture. Tighten the lid and shake well, or mix everything in a bowl.
  4.  Transfer to an airtight container. Chill overnight, or up to 5 days. 
  5. To serve, divide among 4 cups and top with mango, a spoonful of yogurt, coconut, and freshly ground matcha powder.

1 tbsp black sesame seeds 


1 cup of ice

  1. Combine sesame seeds, sugar or honey, and ¼ milk in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice to a glass. Pour the sesame mixture into the glass.
  3. Add the additional ¼ cup milk. 
  4. Gently pour the matcha over the top, forming a layer for presentation. 
  5. Stir and enjoy.
