Holiday matcha-jito

A refreshing non-alcoholic alternative to some of those heavier holiday drinks.

Signature Matcha Leaf

Level 2

6 oz sparkling water

2 tsp simple syrup

8 mint leaves, 3 lime wedges

Full glass crushed ice

  1. Muddle the mint leaves, lime wedges, and simple syrup together in a sturdy glass.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add fresh matcha, followed by sparkling water. 
  4. Stir and enjoy.
