    Furoshiki is a square fabric used for a variety of purposes including gift-wrapping, fashion and bento-toting. The word translates to “bath spread” because bath house visitors in the Nara period wrapped their kimonos in pieces of cloth. The folded cloth doubles as an additional gift, while providing a beautiful, zero-waste presentation.

    Life changing!

    I considered getting a Cuzen for over a year and I finally made it happen about 6 months ago. Now it is my every morning ritual and both me and (surprisingly) my husband have both totally stopped making coffee in the morning. It’s super easy to use and looks nice on my counter. The refills aren’t cheap but matcha in general is not cheap and we love knowing that it as fresh a cup of matcha as possible. I recommend to anyone who genuinely loves REAL matcha…not that powdered sugar junk at Starbucks.

    This machine make freshest matcha!

    I am very pleased with my purchase.

    I have always bought coffee beans and ground them myself. But I always bought matcha as powders because it was the only way. The last batch I bought turned color after a few weeks.

    Getting to know Cuzen Matcha gave me an aha! moment! Even though I am Japanese and appreciate traditions, this is a welcoming modern progress.
    Now, just like coffee, I can grind matcha from leaves right before having a cup. A cup of straight matcha made with Premium Matcha Leaf was the best I have ever tasted.

    I am still experimenting with the machine and their different tea leaves, and just ordered more tea packs. Thank you, Cuzen Matcha!

    Fantastic machine!

    I love my cuzen matcha machine. I am always groggy and rushing out the door in the morning - now I can have my matcha at nespresso speed! Machine was very easy to set up as well!
